Throughout his career, Andrew has successfully managed multidisciplinary teams and overseen projects across the retail, medical, construction, and broader commercial sectors. His proven expertise lies in the implementation electrical and communication solutions, consistently meeting stringent client, safety, and compliance standards.

As Commercial Director for the past 15 years, Andrew has provided executive leadership across key business functions, including Project Delivery, Estimating, Administration, and Human Resources. His depth of industry knowledge, combined with a hands-on approach, ensures that every project is delivered with operational excellence and client satisfaction at the forefront.

Bringing more than 26 years of industry experience, Matthew Pain is a results-driven construction professional known for his technical expertise, leadership capability, and commitment to operational excellence within the commercial electrical and communications sector.

As Construction Manager at Coelec, Matthew is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Project Delivery Department. He ensures all projects are delivered to the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance, while maintaining efficiency across all stages of execution.

Matthew is a proven leader who excels in developing, mentoring, and motivating teams to achieve consistent and high-performing results. His depth of technical knowledge and practical experience across the retail, medical, and commercial sectors enables him to successfully manage complex projects from conception through to completion.
